We use your information to provide our services to you, to assess you as a Homestay Family, and to enhance and develop our relationship with you including communicating with you about our services.

We may disclose your personal information to our employees, officers, insurers, professional advisers, agents, suppliers, service providers, contractors, or subcontractors as reasonably necessary to help us to provide and market our services to you.

We may share your information with our business partners including Universities and Educational Institution with whom we collaborate

Where relevant, we rely on the exemptions in the Privacy Act to handle personal information about employees and related bodies corporates.

If you are a Homestay Host Family or an Independent Carer / Guardian, we may also disclose your information to the parents of any student that you will accommodate or care for or to agents who will place international students with you. You acknowledge that these recipients are based overseas and that we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected appropriately.

We use a range of physical and electronic measures to keep personal information secure from misuse, loss, and unauthorised use or disclosure. If you use the Internet to send us any information, including your email address, you acknowledge that the Internet is not a secure environment, and the information you send us over the Interest is sent at your own risk.

Our website includes the names of our Business Partners and links to other websites which are not owned or controlled by us. These links are not intended to imply that Global experience sponsors, endorses or approves of these websites or those businesses. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other businesses and you should make your own inquiries.

Please contact our Privacy Compliance Officer to ask for access to your information or if you have a complaint concerning your information privacy.
