COVID-19 Updates

Changes to Hours 

As a result of these new changes, we would like to announce that our operating hours will be reduced. Starting today, Monday, 23 March, our new hours will be Monday-Friday, 10am-2pm. Our staff will continue to assist you remotely from home until further notice. 

Please note that our emergency line will remain open and you can still reach us on +61 430 008 448. Please only use this line in case of genuine emergencies. We appreciate your cooperation to send us non-urgent requests over email or text message or call us during the hours of 10am-2pm.    

Hosts

We are working closely with our school partners to help educate students about their responsibilities during this challenging time. It's perfectly fine for you to educate your students directly, including sharing resources and using a translation app to ensure they understand the rules.  

Students

Please remember, you're a member of the Australian community, and it's your responsibility to follow the guidelines in place by the Australian Government, even though you are a temporary visitor. Your host family will appreciate that you are respecting the rules as well!
